Lead the architecture design and implementation of Source to Pay (S2P) solutions across SAP Ariba and SAP S4 ERP environments. Drive best practices in solution and integration architecture, configuration, supplier enablement, and support end-to-end business processes for global deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead S2P solution architecture design sessions, educating stakeholders on best practices for SAP Ariba and SAP S4 ERP processes
- Lead integration architecture design sessions and promote best practices for seamless integration
- Document and maintain solution and integration architecture artifacts
- Support business requirements workshops and promote best practices across Source to Pay modules
- Document As-is and To-be processes and conduct Fit-Gap analysis to identify solution gaps and alternatives
- Design and develop supplier enablement, catalogue management, and contract compliance management strategies
- Lead design and development of SAP Business Network (Ariba Supplier Network) architecture for document exchange
- Coordinate technical development tasks including identification, assignment, and prioritization
- Guide and coordinate application/solution configuration and technical issue resolution
- Lead data cleansing strategy design and oversee execution across key data elements
- Identify master and transaction data elements required for end-to-end S2P processes
- Collaborate with ERP (S4 HANA) and Ariba Integration Teams (CIG) to configure and promote interface instances
- Partner with Test Manager to develop test strategies, scenarios, scripts and support issue resolution during SIT and UAT
- Lead resolution of test issues across technical, functional, and process teams
- Lead technical configuration activities for go-live phases
- Support development of training strategies, plans, and training material for trainers and end users
- Support business go-live activities and post-go-live support
Required Skills & Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of all SAP Ariba modules from Sourcing to Payment
- Expertise in Ariba Supplier Network (SAP Business Network) configuration and usage
- Strong experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP S4 HANA via Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)
- Hands-on configuration experience across SAP Ariba modules
- Experience designing and maintaining global configuration playbooks for multi-region rollouts
- 10+ years of SAP Ariba global deployment and configuration experience
- Financial Services industry experience is desirable
