Job Description:
- Position Summary
- SAP Ariba Functional Consultant responsible for designing implementing and supporting SAP Ariba solutions across Source to Pay S2P Procure to Pay P2P Sourcing Contracts Supplier Management and Procurement processes
- The role involves working closely with business users to gather requirements configure SAP Ariba modules conduct testing and support integration with SAP ECC S 4HANA systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to procurement and sourcing processes
- Conduct fit gap analysis and recommend SAP Ariba best practices
- Configure and implement SAP Ariba modules such as
- o Buying Invoicing
- o Sourcing
- o Contract Management
- o Supplier Lifecycle Performance SLP
- o Guided Buying
- o Supplier Risk Management
- o Spend Analysis
- Prepare Functional Specifications FS for custom developments and integrations
- Facilitate workshops requirement gathering sessions and solution design discussions
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing UAT defect resolution and go live support
- Support integration between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC S 4HANA using Cloud Integration Gateway CIG
- Develop and maintain process documentation configuration workbooks and training materials
- Provide post go live support and continuous process improvement recommendations
- Conduct end user training and knowledge transfer sessions
Technical Requirements:
