We are seeking an experienced Argon Welder to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TIG and MIG welding, with the ability to work with various metals and interpret technical specifications. The role requires a commitment to quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate argon welding equipment including TIG and MIG welding machines.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements.
- Perform welding on various metals, ensuring high-quality and precision.
- Inspect completed welds for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and standards to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete welding projects on time.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-10 years of experience in argon welding (TIG/MIG).
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of welding techniques and metallurgy.
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in welding.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Certification in welding (e.g., AWS, ASME) is a plus.
