Job Description

The Arena Manager is responsible for end-to-end daily operations of a multi-activity sports and leisure facility. This role owns on-ground operations, staff management, guest escalations, safety compliance and daily financial controls to ensure smooth, safe and profitable arena functioning.

Key responsibilities-

  • Open, operate and close the arena; ensure all zones are guest ready.
  • Manage staff roasters, deployment and performance.
  • Handle guest escalations and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Monitor revenue, cash and daily financial reporting.
  • Enforce safety protocols abd SOP compliance.
  • Co-ordinate with vendors, coaches and partners.
  • Support on-ground execution of events and programmes.

Qualifications & Experience-

  • Graduate or equivalent.
  • 3-6 years in operations-led roles in sports, leisure, hospitality or large venues.
  • Experience with shift-based teams, cash handling and customer-facing operations.

Preference-

POS/Zoho/booking software experience, event or academy operations, safety/SOP knowledge.
