While primarily an online brand, we currently operate 60+ stores across India and continue to expand aggressively.
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Area Visual Merchandiser to drive visual merchandising excellence across multiple stores in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will ensure consistency in brand presentation, execute seasonal campaigns, enhance customer experience, and support business growth through impactful visual displays.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards across assigned stores.
- Execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, window displays, and in-store layouts.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity and visual presentation across all stores.
- Conduct regular store visits and VM audits to ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Collaborate with retail operations and store teams to improve customer experience.
- Analyze store performance and recommend VM improvements to drive sales.
- Train and guide store staff on VM standards and display execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for product launches and campaign rollouts.
- Monitor stock placement, category visibility, and product highlighting strategies.
- Support new store openings, renovations, and store refresh activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising within Retail, Fashion, or Lifestyle brands.
- Experience managing multiple stores or regions.
- Strong understanding of retail display techniques and customer behaviour.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and travel within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail reporting tools is preferred.
