Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Technical Manager located in Vadodara. The Area Technical Manager will be responsible for providing technical support, overseeing project management tasks, leading research and development initiatives, and ensuring smooth coordination of technical activities. The role also entails analyzing data, managing teams, and ensuring successful implementation of projects while adhering to organizational goals and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
- Proficient in Team Management, including team coordination and leadership
- Experience in Technical Support and resolving technical challenges
- Knowledge of Research and Development (R&D) processes and methodologies
- Proven expertise in Project Management and overseeing project workflows
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with affordable housing and sustainable construction practices is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
