Educational Qualification: MBA / PGDM / MSW

Experience Requirement: 3- 7 years.

Position : Area Talent Acquisition Team (Talent Acquisition)

Designation : Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

CTC : Range : 5-8 Lacs + Jio Company provided benefits

Location : Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities

• Its 70 % recruitment & 30 % HRBP profile.
• Responsible for Sourcing, Coordinating for Interviews, Recruitment of candidates for various Roles. (Majorly for Sales Team / Service Team)
• Meet Colleges, Employment Exchanges, NGOs for Sourcing candidates. Organize Walk in Drives.
• Fill In the Vacant Position within the Defined Timelines
• Prepare Talent Acquisition related reports in Excel / PPT
• Keep Master data of Offer processed / status and keep updating regularly.
• Drive TA Parameters in HR Scorecard
• Ensure Proper onboarding of Employees and adherence to processes

Requirement :

• Education : MBA / PGDM / MSW
• Experience Requirement: 3- 7 years.
