You'll be our: Area Vehicle Service Manager

What you'll do at Ather:
You will be our key senior resource in the city, managing service
delivery, service operations, and demand generation under your
supervision.
Ensure all business aspects are in place (workforce hiring and
training).
Be responsible for the team that operates our flagship workshops in
the city, which is our main point for customer interaction. Delivering a
seamless and superior customer experience through the team at
workshops and ensuring the team is passionate and committed to
delivering the best experience to our customers is a key task of this
role.
Drive service KPIs for the city.
Manage the day-to-day service operations, ensuring the end-to-end
process and guiding and mentoring the team executing these
operations.
Be responsible for ensuring payment collection from customers and
the delivery of the scooter with high satisfaction levels. You will
ensure that the projected volume plan is achieved.
Monitor the warehouse operations in the city. This includes inventory
management and coordination with the central warehouse.
Be administratively responsible for the management of the premises
of Ather in the city.
Here's what we're looking for:
Experience in after-sales operations and strong team management
and collaboration skills.
A customer-first attitude to understand customer needs and exceed
their expectations.
A fair understanding of EV technology is a definite plus.
What you bring to Ather:
Graduate in Business/Engineering from a Tier I/Tier II institute.
10+ years of experience in managing service delivery operations.
