Role Description

As an Area Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering B2B client relationships in Greater Noida as part of a full-time, on-site role. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential clients, pitching travel solutions, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. You will liaise with travel partners, provide exceptional customer service, and assist in customizing client travel packages to their preferences. Additionally, you'll be expected to maintain knowledge of industry trends and provide feedback to support service innovation and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Marketing skills: Proven ability to meet sales targets, negotiate deals, and build strong client relationships
  • Communication and Interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, active listening, and client service orientation
  • Organizational and Research skills: Strong planning, time management, and ability to identify trends in travel and hospitality
  • Adaptability and Problem-solving skills: Capacity to address client concerns promptly and devise effective solutions
  • Knowledge of travel industry services, including hotel bookings, visas, and customized tour planning, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is advantageous
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team-oriented
