Area Sales Officer

Job Brief:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Area Sales Officer to drive sales and expand our distribution network across Himachal Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for managing dealer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring market growth for our premium range of dry fruits, nuts, seeds, and superfoods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage distributors/retailers in the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Execute promotional activities and ensure product visibility
• Collect market intelligence and competitor insights
• Regular reporting to the sales head

Requirements:

• Graduate with 24 years of FMCG sales experience (preferred in food/beverages)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Willing to travel extensively across Himachal Pradesh
