Role Description

The role involves engaging with customers to deliver exceptional service, generating leads, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. The Area Sales Officer will manage day-to-day sales operations, develop and execute sales strategies, and work with channel partners to achieve sales targets. The individual will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and providing regular updates on sales outcomes and market trends.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Customer Service and maintaining strong client relationships
• Experience in Lead Generation to identify and convert potential customers
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Strong knowledge in Sales Operations and the ability to manage daily sales tasks
• Expertise in Channel Sales to optimize partnerships and distribution strategies
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools would be an added advantage
