• Actively identify and pursue potential customers in the assigned territory, generate leads, conduct product demonstrations and presentations, and convert leads into sales.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, builders, and architects. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly and efficiently, and provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets for TMT products (volume and revenue) within the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with dealers and distributors, ensuring optimal inventory levels and timely delivery of products.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer databases, and assist with other administrative tasks related to sales operations.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, analyse competitor activities, and identify emerging industry trends.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as supply chain and marketing teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment, promotional activities, and a seamless customer experience.
Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers.
• A good understanding of TMT steel products and their applications is crucial.
• ASO's need to be customer-focused and possess strong customer service skills.
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor Degree in Commerce or related field.
• Requires 3-7 years of experience in TMT Sales
