About MilliMoMilliMo is a mother-led kids nutrition brand focused on millet-based, clean-label snacks for children. We are building a strong offline presence across modern trade, general trade, and premium stores in major Indian cities.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy sales professional who can travel across major cities in India and ensure strong market presence for MilliMo.
This role is not just about taking orders. It is about building visibility, securing shelf space, ensuring correct product placement, activating stores, and driving sell-through.

Key Responsibilities1. Market Expansion & Onboarding- Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and modern trade stores
- Open new accounts in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities
- Ensure listing of MilliMo products in target stores
2. In-Store Placement & Visibility- Ensure correct shelf placement and visibility
- Negotiate eye-level placements and display counters
- Execute branding activities like danglers, shelf talkers, standees
- Monitor stock rotation and expiry management
3. Relationship Management- Build strong relationships with store managers and distributors
- Conduct regular follow-ups and store visits
- Resolve any supply or billing issues
Required Skills & Experience- 1 year of FMCG sales experience (preferably food or kids category)
- Experience handling modern trade and general trade
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with extensive travel (1520 days per month)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
Preferred- Experience launching a new brand in retail
- Existing distributor network in major cities
- Background in healthy food or kids nutrition category

Compensation- Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
