Tier 2 locations: Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Indore, Surat, Nagpur, Kochi and Coimbatore.

DeAge is expanding its doctor and clinic network and seeks commercially driven sales professionals with established relationships in wellness, dermatology, aesthetics, IV therapy, longevity and preventive healthcare.

Experience required

• Sales Officers: 2–5 years of relevant field sales experience.

• Area Sales Managers: 5–10 years of relevant experience, including territory development and team management.

Who should apply

Candidates with experience selling to doctors, dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners, wellness centres, IV therapy clinics, premium gyms and fitness chains.

Prior exposure to specialty injectables, peptides, aesthetic products, clinical nutrition or similar healthcare portfolios will be preferred. An active local doctor and clinic network is essential.

Your responsibilities

• Acquire and develop doctor and clinic accounts within your territory.

• Build sales for DeAge TOTAL—RISE & RESTORE, our flagship healthy ageing portfolio, and eligible specialty healthcare products.

• Conduct product presentations and coordinate scientific discussions with the medical team.

• Deliver sales, account activation, repeat-order and collection targets.

• Coordinate product training, clinic engagement and timely order fulfilment.

• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts and market intelligence.

• For ASMs: recruit, coach and manage the field sales team.

We seek candidates with strong relationship skills, scientific selling ability, commercial discipline and willingness to travel locally. Product promotion must follow applicable approvals and company guidelines.

Compensation commensurate with experience, plus performance-linked incentives.
