Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager – Education Programs, based in Ahmedabad, with some remote work flexibility. The Area Sales Manager will focus on developing partnerships with K-12 schools, presenting and promoting skill-based programs, and managing the complete sales cycle. Responsibilities include generating leads, delivering presentations, building lasting relationships with educational institutions, and achieving sales targets within the designated region. The role also involves regularly interacting with schools to ensure customer satisfaction and identifying new opportunities for collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Client Relationship Management skills, including lead generation and closing sales
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with school administrators and decision-makers
  • Organizational and time management skills to successfully manage multiple schools and opportunities in the assigned area
  • Experience or understanding of the education sector, particularly skill-based programs or K-12 education, is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related area, preferably in the education sector
