Role Overview:
The Senior Store Manager is the owner of the store business, responsible for driving 15 lakh+ monthly revenue while delivering a consistent 5-star customer experience. This role leads sales, team performance, inventory control, store operations, and local business development, acting as the face of KIWI in Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities:
Business & Revenue
- Achieve and exceed 15 lakh/month store revenue
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, repeat visits, and local B2B sales
- Plan in-store campaigns, promotions, and seasonal demand
Customer Experience
- Deliver a warm, premium, story-led customer experience
- Handle escalations and high-value customers
- Maintain store hygiene, ambience, and visual merchandising
Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff
- Set daily targets and review sales performance
- Build a high-energy, sales-driven culture
Inventory & Operations
- Own inventory accuracy, audits, FIFO/FEFO, and expiry control
- Coordinate replenishment and control shrinkage
- Ensure smooth store operations with zero downtime
Local Marketing
- Drive hyperlocal marketing, sampling, events, and partnerships
- Act as a brand ambassador for KIWI in Gurgaon
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 36 years experience in retail/FMCG store management
- Strong sales mindset with proven revenue ownership
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills
- Confident, well-groomed, customer-facing personality
