Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Ludhiana managing the entire state of Punjab. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within the assigned territory, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with Distributors, Super Stockiest and all stakeholders, developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and leading a sales team to ensure high performance. The role requires regular travel within the designated region to oversee operations and address customer needs.
