Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane, where the Area Sales Manager-Working Capital Lending will focus on identifying, developing, and managing client relationships to drive sales of working capital loan products. Responsibilities will include generating leads, evaluating client eligibility, creating tailored financial solutions, managing documentation, and coordinating with financial institutions for approvals. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction at every step and achieving sales targets while monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities to expand the client base.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
• Knowledge and experience in Financial Products, Working Capital Lending, and Mortgage Lending
• Proficiency in Documentation, Loan Processes, and Negotiation Techniques
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Stakeholder Management skills
• Well-versed in Market Analysis and Identifying Business Growth Opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Prior experience in sales or lending, preferably in working capital loans, is highly desirable
• Ability to work on-site in Thane and meet performance-driven targets
