Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Area Sales Manager, located in Varanasi. The Area Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales operations within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the performance of sales teams, building strong relationships with channel partners and clients, and ensuring monthly and quarterly sales targets are met. The role also involves analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

  • Proven expertise in Sales Management, Business Development, and Channel Partner Management
  • Strategic thinking and planning with proficiency in market analysis and growth identification
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Organizational and analytical skills to monitor performance and drive results
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Familiarity with the telecommunications industry and local market dynamics is advantageous
