Job Description

Purpose: This position has overall responsibility of developing sales strategies for assigned territories/ LFS counters, focusing on business growth.

Experience: 3-7 years

Qualifications: MBA/Graduate (Full time)

Product / Pricing / Competition knowledge

Roles and responsibilities:

Drive the secondary sales and monitor stocks.

Drive the monthly sales through sales promoters.

Looks after the process of selecting promoters/merchandiser and make arrangements of training programs for them.

Month wise business forecasting, benchmarking the previous year.

Observes competitor strategies within the assigned region and outlines efficient sales strategies.

Identifies the areas of network expansion and introduces new products in the chains.

Once the goals are set for the month, the ASE conducts a performance review of the promoters where their goals and efforts are evaluated on the basis of progress made.

Provides on-the-job training and/or classroom training to the frontline sales personnel by understanding their strengths and weaknesses

Maintain knowledge of the current sales, promotions, schemes of competitors and security practices on monthly basis.
