Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Tamil Nadu. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building distribution network and cganel sales, building relationships with clients, and identifying business opportunities. Day-to-day duties include developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless product deliveries and to address client needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Expertise in data analysis, market research, and developing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Experience in Distribution and Chanel Sales
  • Ability to work in an on-site environment and travel as required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Experience in the solar renewable industry is must
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team
