Role Description The Sales Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vapi. The individual in this role will generate and manage leads for home loans and other financial products, engage with prospective clients, and explain suitable loan options based on their needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, maintaining strong relationships with customers and channel partners, coordinating with internal teams and lending institutions, and ensuring timely completion of documentation. The Sales Officer will track sales activities, update reports and CRM tools, work towards meeting monthly and quarterly targets, and contribute to improving customer experience throughout the loan process.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to handle client queries, provide guidance, and ensure a positive experience throughout the loan process.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Channel Sales skills to identify prospects, build and manage partner networks, and drive new business opportunities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to clearly explain loan products, negotiate terms, and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales Operations skills to manage pipelines, track performance, coordinate documentation, and support smooth loan processing.
- Relevant experience in retail lending, mortgages, banking, or financial services is preferred.
- Ability to work towards targets, strong interpersonal skills, and a client-focused mindset are essential.
- Basic understanding of loan products, interest rates, and documentation requirements is beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is advantageous.
