Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Chandigarh and responsible for Punjab & Himachal . The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets within the assigned region. Key responsibilities include managing a team of sales representatives, identifying and engaging with potential clients, building and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring timely achievement of sales goals. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation and account management
  • Team leadership and ability to manage and motivate sales representatives effectively
  • Market analysis and strategic planning skills to understand trends and develop growth strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proficiency in basic business tools such as CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Willingness to work on-site in Chandigarh and travel within the assigned territory as needed
  • Experience in FMCG or food & Snacks industries is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
