Area Sales Manager

The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating and managing orders from D2C, MNCs, corporate creches, pediatric clinics/hospitals, and schools. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in handling offline sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. However we are open to give freshers also a chance here.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target MNCs, corporate creches, pediatric clinics/hospitals, and schools.

• Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.

• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.

• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Toyflix and expand the customer base.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in offline sales, freshers with open to learn mindset also welcome to apply

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

Salary: 2.5 - 6 LPA.
