Role Description

This full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role is based in Kanpur.The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with healthcare institutions, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. This includes managing distributor networks, conducting market analysis, identifying opportunities, and devising strategies to maximize sales outcomes. The role requires effective team management, regular reporting, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of competitors and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Driving Revenue Growth
  • Strong Relationship Management and Customer Retention skills
  • Experience in managing Distributor Networks and conducting Market Analysis
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or medical device industry is preferred
  • Demonstrated team leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in data reporting and preparing sales forecasts
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
