Job Overview

Thermaissance is looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Area Sales Manager NICU to strengthen and expand our presence in the neonatal care segment across Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in NICU sales, strong relationships with key stakeholders, and a proven ability to drive business growth in hospital settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for Thermaissance NICU solutions in the Bengaluru region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with neonatologists, paediatricians, NICU heads, biomedical teams, and hospital procurement departments
  • Identify new hospitals, NICUs, and institutional accounts for business expansion
  • Manage and grow existing key accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Conduct product demonstrations, clinical discussions, and training sessions for medical professionals
  • Work closely with marketing, service, and application teams to ensure seamless customer support
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends; provide actionable insights to management
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices

Preferred Profile

  • Experience selling NICU medical devices, equipment, or neonatal care solutions
  • Established network with NICU decision-makers and key hospitals in Bengaluru
  • Experience working with distributors or channel partners
  • Graduate/Post-graduate in Life Sciences, Biomedical, Pharmacy, or related field
  • 45 years of proven sales experience in the NICU / Neonatal / Critical Care segment (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of NICU workflows, hospital sales cycles, and clinical decision-making processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Bengaluru
