Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role based in kishangarh ajmer district . The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of PMS and AIF offerings, managing a defined territory, and developing strong relationships with HNI and affluent clients. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting client meetings, presenting investment solutions, and closing business in line with company targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal product and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, addressing client queries, and maintaining high service standards. The Area Sales Manager will track market trends, monitor competitor activity, prepare regular sales reports, and participate in local marketing or networking events to expand The Xpert Finance's presence in the region.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within wealth management, banking, financial services, or investment products such as PMS and AIF.
- Strong relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with HNI and affluent clients.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, investment products, and basic concepts of tax-efficient wealth planning.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, manage a territory, and work with clear performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard productivity software to track leads, manage pipelines, and prepare reports.
- Ability to work on-site in Ajmer, travel within the assigned area, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., NISM, wealth management credentials) are an advantage.
