B. Measurable & Experience-Based – Mandatory
- Relevant Industry Experience
- Prior experience in B2B sales catering to HNI clients within the following sectors:
- Furniture
- Tiles
- Lighting
- Sanitaryware (Jaquar or similar premium brands)
- Flooring solutions
- Exposure to B2B sales in HORECA or Real Estate developer segments is highly preferred.
- Product Sales Only (Strict Requirement)
- Must have hands-on experience in physical product selling
- Candidates with service sales background are not acceptable.
- Target Client Profile
- Experience in selling exclusively to HNI and premium clientele.
- Mass-market or volume-led retail sales profiles are not suitable.
C. Profiles to Be Strictly Avoided (Non-Negotiable)
- Candidates from BFSI sector
- Candidates from Real Estate brokerage roles
- Candidates with service sales background (IT services, consulting, manpower, insurance, etc.)
