We are looking for Area Sales Manager

Location - Ghaziabad

  • B. Measurable & Experience-Based – Mandatory

    1. Relevant Industry Experience
    • Prior experience in B2B sales catering to HNI clients within the following sectors:
    • Furniture
    • Tiles
    • Lighting
    • Sanitaryware (Jaquar or similar premium brands)
    • Flooring solutions
    • Exposure to B2B sales in HORECA or Real Estate developer segments is highly preferred.
    1. Product Sales Only (Strict Requirement)
    • Must have hands-on experience in physical product selling
    • Candidates with service sales background are not acceptable.
    1. Target Client Profile
    • Experience in selling exclusively to HNI and premium clientele.
    • Mass-market or volume-led retail sales profiles are not suitable.
  • C. Profiles to Be Strictly Avoided (Non-Negotiable)

    • Candidates from BFSI sector
    • Candidates from Real Estate brokerage roles
    • Candidates with service sales background (IT services, consulting, manpower, insurance, etc.)
