Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and business-focused Area Sales Manager to drive regional sales performance, strengthen market presence, manage sales operations, and achieve business growth across the assigned territory.
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
CTC: Up to 5.70 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve assigned area targets.
- Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team.
- Develop business opportunities across the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Identify potential markets and increase business penetration.
- Monitor team performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Ensure effective execution of sales plans.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales / Banking / Insurance / BFSI.
- Prior team-handling experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and business development skills.
- Good market knowledge and customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Jaipur local candidates preferred.
