Job Responsibilities:- Manage and grow sales across the assigned territory
- Appoint, train, and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers
- Achieve monthly & annual sales targets
- Develop market strategies to increase brand presence
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Conduct regular market visits and dealer meetings
- Ensure proper stock availability and timely collections
- Prepare sales reports and submit to management
- Execute promotional activities and schemes effectively
