About the Company: We are creating a revolutionary automotive ecosystem that redefines mobility through innovation and sustainability. As we continue to expand our presence in India, we are seeking a Manager Sales (4W).

About the Role: The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, managing dealership performance, leading the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role demands a strong understanding of the automotive market, excellent leadership skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with business goals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across all vehicle models.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Team Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Set individual targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Motivate the team to exceed sales goals and maintain high morale.
  • Dealer & Channel Management
  • Coordinate with dealerships to optimize inventory and sales.
  • Monitor dealer performance and provide strategic support.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and sales processes.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Track KPIs such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • EV & Sustainability Focus (if applicable)
  • Promote electric vehicle (EV) sales and educate customers on benefits.
  • Collaborate with marketing on green initiatives and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the Indian automotive market and consumer behavior.
