Job Description

Sales & Business Development

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for solar products.
Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network in the assigned territory.
Identify new market opportunities and increase market penetration.
Generate leads and convert them into business through channel partners.

Channel Partner Management

Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
Provide product training and support to channel partners.
Monitor dealer performance and support them in achieving sales targets.

Market Analysis

Conduct market research to identify competitor strategies and pricing.
Track market trends in the solar industry and customer requirements.
Provide feedback to management for product and market improvement.

Sales Operations

Ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination.
Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with the finance team for collections.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

Brand Promotion

Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and dealer meets.
Conduct field visits to increase brand awareness and product adoption.
