Job Description

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for solar products.
  • Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network in the assigned territory.
  • Identify new market opportunities and increase market penetration.
  • Generate leads and convert them into business through channel partners.

Channel Partner Management

  • Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
  • Provide product training and support to channel partners.
  • Monitor dealer performance and support them in achieving sales targets.

Market Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify competitor strategies and pricing.
  • Track market trends in the solar industry and customer requirements.
  • Provide feedback to management for product and market improvement.

Sales Operations

  • Ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with the finance team for collections.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

Brand Promotion

  • Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and dealer meets.
  • Conduct field visits to increase brand awareness and product adoption.
