Job Title: Area Sales Manager Solar Products

Job Summary

Surya International Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and expand B2B and channel sales operations for solar products across Assam, Kolkata, and Siliguri regions. The role focuses on distributor development, channel management, and achieving regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage B2B sales for solar products in assigned territory
  • Appoint, train, and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners
  • Build strong relationships with EPCs, installers, and institutional clients
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and territory planning
  • Support channel partners with product training and sales strategies
  • Ensure proper implementation of company sales policies
  • Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 47 years of experience in B2B and Channel Sales
  • Mandatory experience in solar product sales (modules, inverters, batteries, BOS, etc.)
  • Strong experience in distributor creation and channel expansion
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region

Qualification

  • Graduation in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred)
