Role Overview

As the Area Sales Manager (ASM) Karnataka, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, building a strong dealer network, and enhancing Stella Moto's presence across the state. You will act as the key link between the company and channel partners, ensuring consistent growth and exceptional customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets for Karnataka.

Recruit, onboard, and manage a strong dealer and sub-dealer network across the region.

Drive secondary and primary sales through effective market planning and dealer motivation.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.

Conduct regular dealer visits, performance reviews, product training, and marketing support.

Ensure brand visibility through local marketing initiatives, events, and promotional campaigns.

Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Service, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless operations.

Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

210 years of experience in EV, two-wheeler, automotive, or consumer durable sales.

Strong dealer management and territory development experience.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and deliver results under pressure.
