Job Description
Pearl Precision Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to join our Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the performance of the sales team in a designated region, and building lasting customer relationships. This position will report directly to the Zonal Manager and will play a key role in executing regional sales strategies and achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Lead and guide the sales team within the assigned territory
- Monitor performance and motivate team members to exceed sales targets
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with senior management
- Travel within the region to meet existing and potential clients and promote our offerings
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and meetings to drive conversions
- Analyze sales data regularly and report to leadership
- Identify successful and underperforming areas and implement improvements
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or a related field
- 3–7 years of relevant experience
- Preferred background within Faucets, CP Bath Fittings, Sanitary Ware, or Pipe & Fittings industry
