Pearl Precision Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to join our Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the performance of the sales team in a designated region, and building lasting customer relationships. This position will report directly to the Zonal Manager and will play a key role in executing regional sales strategies and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Lead and guide the sales team within the assigned territory
  • Monitor performance and motivate team members to exceed sales targets
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with senior management
  • Travel within the region to meet existing and potential clients and promote our offerings
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and meetings to drive conversions
  • Analyze sales data regularly and report to leadership
  • Identify successful and underperforming areas and implement improvements
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in sanitary ware or building material sector
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office tools

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or a related field
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience
  • Preferred background within Faucets, CP Bath Fittings, Sanitary Ware, or Pipe & Fittings industry
