Experience: 5–12 Years

Industry: Fire & Safety / Security / Automation

Key Responsibilities:

Build and strengthen brand presence in the assigned market.

Develop and manage a strong network of System Installers.

Drive distributors to achieve sales targets.

Develop channel strategies and expand market penetration.

Train and develop channel partners.

Execute product promotion and sales strategies.

Build market awareness and strong customer relationships.

What We're Looking For:

Strong experience in the Fire Industry and its key applications.

Expertise in channel and partner management.

Strong technical knowledge and orientation.

Ability to design Fire Alarm Systems as per national and international standards.

Excellent communication, presentation, planning, and networking skills.

Diploma/Engineering qualification in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation.

A customer-focused, proactive, and go-getter mindset.

Preferred Candidates: Professionals with experience in Fire Safety, Fire Alarm Systems, Security, or Automation.
