- Working in the field along with TSOs and ensuring minimum 15 calls and
2 Distributors in a day
- Training the TSOs to prepare to work effectively in meeting the customers
And Detailing The Company Products
- Asking the team to follow the Tour program me
- Visiting the all the beat of each TSO at least once in year
- Guiding them about the reporting and ensure it is done by the team
- Helping the team members to build the business relationship with customers
- Supporting the team achieve the primary orders booking achieve the targets
- Guiding the team about the company schemes to be informed in the field work
when meeting the chemists and distributors
