Area Sales Manager

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in Pan Masala amp; FMCG industry.

Hands-on experience at ground level, with proven ability to manage salesmen and

supervisors.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.

Lead and motivate salesmen and supervisors to maximize performance.

Implement effective sales strategies and monitor execution.

Ensure timely reporting via digital media on a call-to-call basis.

Report directly to Directors amp; Regional Sales Manager (RSM).

Qualification

Minimum Graduate degree.

Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Proficiency in digital reporting tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
