Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth for our product lines, including hair care, cooking edible oils, spices, and coconut oil. This role requires a strong understanding of the FMCG sector, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.
Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributors, driving market expansion, and leading field teams to deliver strong execution across General Trade/Modern Trade channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales & distribution targets for the assigned area.
- Manage distributor operations ROI, stock planning, claims, secondary/tertiary sales.
- Expand numeric & weighted distribution; ensure full market coverage.
- Execute trade promotions, visibility plans, and retail activation.
- Lead and coach Sales Officers/TSEs; ensure productivity and route discipline.
- Conduct regular market visits to track competition, pricing, and consumer trends.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and channel partners.
- Provide accurate sales reports, insights, and competitor updates to management.

Qualifications:
- Graduate/MBA preferred
- 10 yrs -15 yrs of FMCG sales experience (GT), with team handling experience at least 3yrs-5 yrs
