Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth for our product lines, including hair care, spices, and coconut oil. This role requires a strong understanding of the FMCG sector, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.
Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributors, driving market expansion, and leading field teams to deliver strong execution across General Trade channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales & distribution targets for the assigned area.
- Manage distributor operations ROI, stock planning, claims, and secondary/tertiary sales.
- Expand numeric & weighted distribution; ensure full market coverage.
- Execute trade promotions, visibility plans, and retail activation.
- Lead and coach Sales Officers/TSEs; ensure productivity and route discipline.
- Conduct regular market visits to track competition, pricing, and consumer trends.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and channel partners.
- Provide accurate sales reports, insights, and competitor updates to management.

Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA preferred
- 8-10 yrs of FMCG sales experience (General Trade), with at least 3-5 yrs. in team handling roles.
Compensation Benefit
- Fixed salary (offered salary depending upon the Exp.)
- Range upto 7 lac pa
