About the Role:-
We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager / Senior Area Sales Manager to drive
business growth for our Natural Veneers division in Raipur. The ideal candidate must be strong in
influencer management, project conversion, and team leadership-along with a deep
understanding of the interiors market.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead the territory to achieve n3-5 Cr annual business.
- Manage and mentor a sales team; ensure high performance and productivity.
- Build strong relationships with Interior Designers, Architects, PMC, and Contractors.
- Drive project specifications and ensure effective follow-through with channel partners.
- Regular market visits and extensive travel across the territory.
- Track competition, ensure proper SKU penetration, and execute business expansion plans.
- Maintain strong MIS, forecasting, and adherence to systems & processes.
Required Experience & Skills:-
- Mandatory: Experience in team handling and managing n3-5 Cr business volume.
- Strong network with Architects & Interior Designers.
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Growth mindset-willing to learn new systems and processes.
- Preferred: Experience in Veneer, Plywood, Laminates, or Building Material industry.
