Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying potential clients, delivering product presentations, and building relationships with schools and educational institutions. The role includes managing the end-to-end sales cycle, assessing customer needs, developing strategies to meet targets, and providing after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction. The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and contribute to market expansion.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, customer acquisition, and account management
  • Proficiency in communication and negotiation skills to engage with schools and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to analyze market trends and formulate effective sales strategies
  • Knowledge of the education sector and familiarity with school operations is a plus
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales technology
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
