Position: Area Sales Manager / Sales Manager

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Industry Preference: Gaming Peripherals / IT Hardware / Consumer Electronics / PC Components

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Managers / Sales Managers to drive secondary sales growth for Karnage across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT hardware or gaming sales, existing channel relationships, and a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem and retail distribution network.

Candidates with prior experience in gaming peripherals, PC hardware, esports ecosystem, or gaming distribution will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Drive strong secondary sales across assigned territories

Manage and expand dealer, retailer, and channel partner network

Ensure movement of products from distributors to retail channels

Maintain healthy relationships with gaming and IT retail partners

Increase market coverage and product visibility across stores

Monitor retail performance and ensure regular stock movement

Execute sales strategies, schemes, and market activations

Coordinate with distributors to improve market penetration

Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends

Share regular market feedback and sales reports with management

Support brand-building activities and local promotional campaigns

Ensure achievement of assigned secondary sales targets

Primary sales responsibilities and targets may be assigned based on business requirements at a later stage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in IT peripheral, gaming, or hardware sales

Strong understanding of gaming products and PC hardware market

Existing network with gaming retailers, distributors, and system integrators preferred

Experience in handling secondary sales operations

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Self-driven, target-oriented, and market-focused approach

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
