Job Description

Leading a sales team of Individual Loan Officers to drive business numbers and achieve targets.
Maintaining highest portfolio quality and collection efficiency.
Responsible for hiring, recruitment, training, and motivation of Individual loan officers.
Evaluating business potential for the regions by using different analytical reports like pin code reports, bureau reports, Micrometer etc.
Strong performance management skill by playing a pivotal role in structured reviews, performance evaluation and ensure a strong productivity management culture.
Implementing best business practices and developing company strategies and programs while ensuring strict compliance, integrity, and portfolio quality.
Constantly engaging with staff, customers, and peers to drive business growth.
Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform product, marketing, and sales strategies.

Understand industry trends, competitor strategies and customer needs, and translate these insights into actionable decisions.
