Job Description

Hiring: Area Sales Manager – Automotive Aftermarket | West Bengal

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to drive business growth across West Bengal in the automotive aftermarket segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through distributor, dealer, and channel network development.
  • Appoint and manage distributors, retailers, workshops, detailing studios, and channel partners.
  • Expand market presence and generate new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and territory development activities.
  • Execute promotional campaigns, dealer engagement programs, and product awareness initiatives.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure effective sales forecasting, MIS reporting, and collection management.

Preferred Background:

  • 8–15 years of experience in Automotive Aftermarket Sales.
  • Experience in Automotive Accessories, Car Care, Detailing Products, PPF, Window Films, , Automotive Electronics, or Allied Products.
  • Strong exposure to channel sales, distributor management, and dealer network expansion.
  • Experience handling West Bengal market is preferred.
  • Bengali language proficiency will be an added advantage.

Location: West Bengal (Kolkata Preferred)
