We are hiring for a business unit that is among the country's Top 3 Rooftop Solar Installers. Focused on connecting consumers to clean, sustainable, and reliable energy solutions, the company is a market leader in delivering Rooftop Solar, Ground-Mounted Captive Plants, and Floating Solar solutions across Commercial & Industrial (C&I) consumers and PSU segments.
Position Overview:
This position is basically focused on generating business from specific territories from C&I consumers
A brief knowledge about that state relate to geographical, geological, geopolitical part.
To understand problem statement of that area where we can pitch our solution.
Having in-depth understanding about commercial and industrial, PSU sector
Having knowledge of solar background of that territory
Having good connectivity with state DISCOM and nodal agency
Having good understanding about latest technology
Having good understanding of competitor mapping
Basically belongs to that specific territory will give edge
Strength to work on under pressure
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Network and develop good working relationship with regulators, utilities, Govt., state energy
authorities, Renewable Energy Associations etc.
Ability to manage complex projects and multitask
Ability to flourish with minimum guidance and be proactive.
Managing good relationships with existing customers
Generating business by adding new customer acquisition
Job Description
Meeting targets – Monthly, Quarterly and annually as per organization goals
Pitching right solution to right customer at right time
Must be having abilities to represent company as whole
Participating in various conferences and exhibitions related to solar in that territory
Must be aware about current tenders and having sound relationships with state tendering authorities for specifications etc
Drive Revenues, constantly increase customer satisfaction in a time bound manner
Core Competencies:
Proficient in word, excel, power point and outlook
Knows about solar as technology in detail
Well verse with softwares like pvsyst, google sketchup and autocad
Having sound understanding of policies part
Having good market repute
Having good communication skills
Qualification & Other Requirements
4-6 years of experience in Solar EPC Sales & Marketing field for Commercial, Industrial and Tendering field
