Role: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager - Key Accounts (Metal Working Fluids)
Experience: 8-15 years
A high-ownership regional leadership role with a fast-growing metal working fluids & lubricants company with German technology collaboration. You will own key accounts and channel business across North India, drive growth and premium product adoption, and groom yourself for future Zonal leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead regional sales strategy for North India across key accounts and channel partners.
Build and manage a strong pipeline drive forecasts, budgets and core sales KPIs.
Run trials/demos and scale premium products with clear value and ROI for customers.
Hire, coach and review a regional sales team for performance and customer engagement.
Strengthen distributor/dealer network for coverage, profitability and inventory health.
Maintain strong CXO/plant-level relationships and track competition & market trends.

Ideal Candidate
8-15 years in Key Account / Regional / Channel Sales in metal working fluids, lubricants or related chemical/industrial products.
Strong experience with distributors, dealers and direct industrial customers in North India.
B.E. (Mechanical / Production) preferred MBA an added advantage.
Proven target overachiever with strong communication, presentation and team leadership skills.
Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate comfortable with regular North India travel.
