Role Overview

As a Area Sales Manager at Square Yards, you'll own business growth, sales performance, and team leadership across your region. This is a senior role focused on scaling revenue, building strong developer partnerships, and leading high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth

  1. Drive sales targets and revenue growth
  2. Expand market presence and onboard new projects
  3. Track market trends and competition

Team Leadership

  1. Leading a team of Relationship Mangers, Executives
  2. Lead, mentor, and scale sales teams
  3. Set targets, monitor KPIs, and drive performance
  4. Hire, train, and retain top sales talent

Operations & Execution

  1. Ensure CRM adoption and sales process efficiency
  2. Work closely and liaisoning with Developer's sales, CRM, Sourcing team
  3. Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies

Customer Experience

  1. Drive transparent and customer-first sales practices
  2. Handle escalations and ensure smooth closures

Skills Required

  1. Leadership role, effective Team management
  2. Deep understanding of real estate / Direct Sales.
  3. Excellent negotiation & communication skills
  4. Target-driven, strategic, and execution-focused mindset

Experience & Qualifications

  1. Graduate / MBA preferred
  2. 3-6 years of Direct Sales or real estate sales experience
  3. 2+ years in a senior leadership role
