Position: Area Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Area Sales Manager with strong HORECA & B2B sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand HORECA & B2B sales in the assigned territory
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and food service clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and client servicing
- Prepare sales reports and business development strategies
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- Minimum experience in HORECA / B2B sales
- Experience in Frozen Food or Ready-to-Eat product sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good networking and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of the food service and hospitality industry preferred
- Must be comfortable with field sales and client visits
